Third-party software notices for aportasystems.com ================================================== The Aporta website serves a small amount of open-source JavaScript and two open-source typefaces to your browser. Both licences -- MIT for the code, the SIL Open Font License for the type -- require that the copyright notice and the permission notice travel with what is served. The build is configured to preserve `@license` banners, so each bundle carries its own copyright notice inline (see the `comments: { legal: true }` setting in astro.config.mjs). Those banners point at a LICENSE file in the package's source tree, which is not something we ship -- so this file supplies the permission text they refer to. Together the two discharge the obligation; the banner is the part that stays correct on its own as dependencies change. This covers the code actually delivered to visitors. Build-time dependencies (Astro, TypeScript, sharp, Vitest and their dependencies) are never distributed and carry no such obligation. The OFL requires its full text to accompany the font files themselves, so it is published beside them, verbatim and with each face's own copyright header: https://aportasystems.com/fonts/LICENSE.txt Only the latin subset of each face is served (see scripts/sync-fonts.mjs). Neither font is modified, sold on its own, or served under a Reserved Font Name, so no further condition of the licence is engaged. The files are hosted on this domain; no request is made to a font CDN. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Everything else on this site -- the Aporta wordmark and passage logo, every icon, and every generated image (favicon, app icons, social preview) -- is Aporta's own work. No stock photography, stock illustration or licensed icon set is used anywhere. Apart from the two open-font faces named above, no licensed typeface is served.
