Who it suits

Accounting, tax and law firms of 3 to about 150 people, where staff already use public AI tools and nobody owns the risk.

A good fit

  • Your team uses ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or Perplexity in Chrome or Edge.
  • You manage devices through Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune or Windows Group Policy, or an IT provider does it for you.
  • A partner or owner can make the call at the end.

Not a fit yet

  • Your team's AI use is mostly Microsoft 365 Copilot inside Word, Excel or Outlook, which no browser extension can reach.
  • Your team works mainly in Safari or Firefox.

How it works

  1. A 20-minute call. We look at how your team uses AI today and whether Aporta fits.
  2. A signed pilot agreement. Pilots run under their own agreement, not an online order.
  3. Install, free. We help you or your IT provider force-install Aporta and set up your own words to watch for, such as client names. There is no charge for this help during the pilot.
  4. Training and check-ins. We train your point person and check in every two weeks.
  5. Your decision. At 90 days you see your usage-and-controls record and decide whether to continue at your price for your team size.
What the pilot costs

There is no subscription fee for 90 days, and our help installing Aporta is free. Single sign-on and directory sync are optional, at $150 a month each from the start for teams under 70 people, and included from 70. If you continue after 90 days, Aporta is $20 a person a month, with a 3-person minimum, and a flat price from 70 people.
