$20 a person, and it stops rising at 70

You pay for the people who use Aporta, with a 3-person minimum. From 70 people the price is flat. Managed or unmanaged, the price is the same.

1–69 people

$20/person/month

Minimum 3 people, so $60 a month at the least.

A 10-person firm pays $200 a month.

70–99 people

$1,400/month

One flat price for the whole team.

Single sign-on and directory sync included.

100–250 people

$2,000/month

One flat price for the whole team.

Prices are in US dollars and billed monthly. Your bill follows the number of people on Aporta, counted each day, from the next month.

Managed or unmanaged

Both cost the same. The difference is whether staff can turn Aporta off.

Managed

Aporta is force-installed through your device management, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune or Windows Group Policy, so staff can't turn it off.

Unmanaged

Each person installs Aporta themselves. You get visibility, not enforcement: someone can still remove it or use another browser.

Help with a managed install

A one-time $500 for us to force-install Aporta with you through your device management and check it works. It is free during a pilot, and if your IT provider does the install, there is no fee.

What every plan includes, and what it doesn't

Every team size gets the same product:

  • Protection in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot (the Microsoft 365 Copilot chat site in Chrome and Edge; the consumer site in Chrome, and at copilot.com in Edge) and Perplexity, in Chrome and Edge. Other AI sites are blocked and redirected.
  • Checks on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CSV files before they are shared.
  • Your own words to watch for, such as client names.
  • A record of usage and controls you can hand to your insurer.

AI built into other applications, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot inside Word or Outlook, is out of reach for any browser extension. See supported tools for the details, and the Terms for billing, changes in team size and cancellation.
